| FRIDAY REGISTRATION | Join us at REGISTRATION for TRICKS & TREATS (and you are welcome to DRESS UP in your Halloween attire). As you make your way through registration, the more events you participate in, the more “TREATS” you will collect (while supplies last). Look for the pumpkin icon beside each qualifying event.  |
| SATURDAY LUNCH | Join us at lunch on Saturday for the “UGLY Holiday SWEATER/SHIRT” parade. DRESS UP and join in our Conga line with your best or worst holiday-inspired fashion. |
SATURDAY DINNER | GRAND GALA – “NEW YEAR’S EVE” This is the event you have waited for all year! And we will be pulling out all the stops (champagne stops, that is) and we hope you will too. DRESS UP in your best “GLITZ and GLAM” . . . because we are going to party like it’s 1999! Again! Note: Please refrain from using any form of confetti (paper or mylar). A hotel cleaning fee will be applied and charged back to anyone breaking this request. |

HOLIDAY DINNER
(and Luncheons)
You will have the choice of sitting at either a quarter scale or a 1:12 scale table of friends.
If you would like to make table Assignment Reservations, please contact Patti Thorne by
March 15th.
This dining assignment is for Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, and Sunday Lunch. All other meals will be “free range” (non-assigned).
Saturday Night Dinner will be preset, with the option of having a vegetarian alternate.
