THE FINE PRINT:
For foreign registrants, please submit payment in Canadian Funds.
All forms can be completed online. The amount you owe for registration will be shown as soon as you complete the combined Registration and Time & Talent Form. Choose your preferred method of payment – e-transfer, PayPal (additional $5 fee will be applied), or cheque. Payment is due in full. For other arrangements, contact Patti Thorne.
Space is limited. Registrations are on a first come, first served basis with payment. Please note, workshop fees will be paid directly to the instructors.
February 1, 2025 is the deadline for cancellation refunds. Inform the Registrar in writing (post or e-mail). Reimbursement will be dependent on our ability to replace you, and is subject to a $25 administration fee. To avoid excessive bank charges to the committee and to you, do not put a stop payment on any cheque you send us. The full Cancellation Policy is on the registration form.
In-person Gathering Cancellation due to Covid:
There is always the possibility we may be forced to move the Gathering online if there is a change in Covid protocols. If this should happen, we will contact you for your preference to attend online or opt out. You will receive the appropriate refund.
