    THE FINE PRINT:

    For foreign registrants, please submit payment in Canadian Funds.

    All forms can be completed online. The amount you owe for registration will be shown as soon as you complete the combined Registration and Time & Talent Form.

    Choose your preferred method of payment – e-transfer, PayPal (an additional $20 fee will be applied), or cheque. Payment is due in full. For other arrangements, contact Patti Thorne.

    Space is limited. Registrations are on a first come, first served basis with payment. Please note, workshop fees will be paid directly to the instructors.

    WORKSHOP FEE ADJUSTMENT: Due to the ever changing and uncertain Tariff regulations, instructors will be allowed a one-time opportunity to adjust their workshop fee if the cost of their supplies is significantly impacted. Any fee adjustment will be made one month prior to the Gathering.

    February 1, 2027 is the deadline for cancellation refunds. To request a cancellation, notify the Registrar in writing (post or e-mail). A Refund will be dependent on our ability to fill your space, and will be subject to a $25 administration fee. To avoid unnecessary bank charges to the committee and to you, do not put a stop payment on any cheque you send us. The full Cancellation Policy is on the registration form.

    In-person Gathering Cancellation due to Unforeseen Events:

    There is always the possibility we may be forced to move the Gathering online if there is a change in unforeseen medical protocols. If this should happen, we will contact you for your preference to attend online or opt out. You will receive the appropriate refund.
