Your Generous Donations help make the Gathering a success
Your donation will be assigned to the
Gathering Helper, Silent Auction, or Free Table.
DONATION INFORMATION
In order to properly prepare for the organization of the donations, we need to know in advance of ALL donations.
Smaller bits and pieces will be bundled into ‘Bidding Lots’ for the Silent Auction.
If you would like to donate an item (or several),
please contact the Gathering Committee at

Bring your item(s) to Registration on arrival Friday afternoon.
SUGGESTIONS FOR DONATIONS
-collector item piece of furniture
-one of a kind Artisan piece
-an exquisite doll
-a doll house kit
-a roombox
-an accent piece (that you now know you might never find a room to put it in)
-power tools you no longer use
-miniatures books and magazines
-bits and pieces of miniature craft supplies that any miniaturist would love
-any other item you feel needs a new loving home
Be mindful of size, please. Each item needs to travel safely and easily to its new home.
GATHERING HELPERS (AKA The Raffle)
Gathering Helpers are items raffled off to help with current Gathering expenses, donated by clubs, groups or individuals. The Gathering Helpers are kept on display throughout the weekend while raffle tickets are sold. The winning tickets are pulled on Sunday at lunch.
SILENT AUCTION
The Lynn Belanger Memorial Fundraiser
A fun and very competitive event with the end result where everybody wins! The Silent Auction is held from Friday Dinner to Sunday Morning after breakfast. What doesn’t get auctioned will be donated to a local charity.
At the 2012 Gathering in Peterborough, our good friend and fiendish miniaturist extraordinaire, Lynn Bellanger, said we must have a silent auction. It had been a great success at the Rochester Small Scales Houseparty the previous year, so the committee said, go ahead Lynn. And she did.
Each Gathering since then, we’ve had a highly successful silent auction, with the proceeds going back to benefit the Gathering Registrants.
Sadly, Lynn died in 2013, but the auctions live on in her name.
