FRIDAY Night FUN
Join us after dinner Friday Night for a fun night of WINNING! There will be lots of prizes to be won, and FUN to be had for all. What a great way to meet new friends and re-connect with old friends.
SATURDAY DINNER
As some guests feel funny dressing up in costumes, this year we are going to do something a little more inclusive by asking everyone to dress in their favourite COLOUR!
No black or white, please!

(Luncheons and Saturday Night Dinner)
You will have the choice of sitting at either a quarter scale or a 1:12 scale table of friends. If you would like to make table Assignment Reservations, please contact the Gathering Committee at miniaturegatheringinfo@gmail.com.
This dining assignment is for Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, and Sunday Lunch. All other meals will be “free range” (non-assigned).
Saturday Night Dinner will be preset, with the option of having a vegetarian alternate.
Note: Please refrain from using any form of confetti (paper or mylar). A hotel cleaning fee will be applied and charged back to anyone breaking this request.
