    The Gathering Registration form will be available on Sunday, October 4th.<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n

    THE FINE PRINT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For foreign registrants, please submit payment in Canadian Funds<\/u>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All forms can be completed online. The amount you owe for registration will be shown as soon as you complete the combined Registration and Time & Talent Form<\/i>.

    \nChoose your preferred method of payment – e-transfer, PayPal (an additional $20 fee will be applied<\/i>), or cheque. Payment is due in full. For other arrangements, contact Patti Thorne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Space is limited. Registrations are on a first come, first served basis with payment. Please note, workshop fees will be paid directly to the instructors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    WORKSHOP FEE ADJUSTMENT: Due to the ever changing and uncertain Tariff regulations, instructors will be allowed a one-time opportunity to adjust their workshop fee if the cost of their supplies is significantly impacted. Any fee adjustment will be made one month prior to the Gathering.<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n

    February 1, 2027<\/em><\/strong> is the deadline for cancellation refunds. To request a cancellation, notify the Registrar in writing (post or e-mail). A Refund will be dependent on our ability to fill your space, and will be subject to a $25 administration fee. To avoid unnecessary bank charges to the committee and to you, do not put a stop payment on any cheque you send us.<\/i><\/strong> The full Cancellation Policy is on the registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn-person Gathering Cancellation due to Unforeseen Events:\n

    There is always the possibility we may be forced to move the Gathering online if there is a change in unforeseen medical protocols.
