The registration fee is $449 Canadian. This covers 2 nights’ accommodation in a double occupancy hotel room, all meals, gifts and souvenirs. There is a $157 added fee if you request a single occupancy. For foreign registrants, please submit payment in Canadian Funds.
All forms can be completed online. The amount you owe for registration will be shown as soon as you complete the combined Registration and Time & Talent Form. Choose your preferred method of payment – e-transfer, PayPal, or cheque. Payment is due in full. For other arrangements, please contact the treasurer Marg Epp.
February 24, 2023 is the deadline for cancellation refunds. Please inform the Registrar in writing (post/e-mail). Reimbursements will be dependent on our ability to replace you, and subject to a $25 administrative fee. To avoid excessive bank charges to the committee and you, do not put a stop payment on any cheque you send us. The full Cancellation Policy is on the registration form.
